Euronext Access is a market segment for companies seeking simplified access to the stock market with a view to facilitating a transfer to Euronext's Euronext Growth market. Admission and listing requirements are less strict than on regulated markets. This decision to go public is based on the will to take the participatory values of the L'Agence Automobilière network all the way. The founder decided to reserve 5% of the shares for all members of the network. Everyone thus has the right to become a shareholder of the company.
