I created L'Agence Automobilière in 2004 with a simple idea: to offer another way to buy and sell a used car. I wanted to provide a service built on trust, transparency and support, so that every transaction takes place with complete peace of mind.

More than 20 years later, these values are still at the heart of our network. My passion for cars has been enriched by another conviction: behind every vehicle, there is above all a story, a project and people. It is this vision that continues to guide L'Agence Automobilière every day.

Our story

For over 20 years, L'Agence Automobilière has evolved with a constant ambition: to simplify the sale and purchase of used vehicles through a local network and ever more innovative services.

  1. 2004

    An entrepreneurial adventure begins

    Christophe Winkelmuller opens the first Agence Automobilière in Sausheim, with the ambition of offering a new way to sell and buy a used vehicle, built on trust and transparency.

  2. 2009

    The network grows through franchising

    Following the success of the concept, L'Agence Automobilière launches its franchise network and allows entrepreneurs to join the adventure across France.

  3. 2015

    An opening to international markets

    The network's development reaches a new milestone with the opening of the first agency abroad (Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Italy), marking the beginning of its expansion beyond French borders.

  4. 2021

    A historic milestone

    L'Agence Automobilière celebrates the opening of its 100th agency and goes public, a major step that confirms the strength and ambitions of the network.
