3 weeks agoHaving seen the last comment regarding the sale of a Toyota, I wanted to provide some context. Several of us were interested, and Aurélien had to make a choice. I understand that this might be disappointing, but it's also a shame because I had simply expressed my interest earlier, and it was just a matter of waiting for the paperwork to be finalized. Especially since Aurélien and David were both very personable and tried their best to accommodate my constraints (vehicle availability date, vehicle inspection, etc.). For me, it was my first car purchase, and I had to sign a preliminary sales agreement to remove the vehicle from online platforms and avoid disappointments like the one described in the last comment (which happened within a few hours because Aurélien was very responsive and wanted to prevent any unpleasant surprises). He took the time to thoroughly check all the points I had concerns about (even when he was on vacation). Subsequently, I spoke with David about the rest of the sale, and he was just as available and attentive. I'm rather disappointed because I couldn't finalize the sale due to personal reasons, but both of them remained remarkably kind and professional throughout the situation. I therefore felt it would be a shame to leave them with a comment that, in my opinion, doesn't reflect their commitment.
