I had an excellent experience with Julia when buying a car. She was very professional and made the entire process extremely smooth from start to finish. Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service made this a very positive experience.

I bought a decent vehicle and received excellent service (the salesperson even picked me up from the train station). However, I was disappointed with the preparation: the agency fees I paid included a full cleaning, which wasn't done, even though I picked up the car on August 21st for an appointment scheduled for August 12th. It's a shame to have paid for a service that wasn't provided.
