2 months agoAn excellent experience from start to finish for the sale of my Audi Q2.
A huge thank you to Damien, who was impeccable throughout the entire process: very professional, available, responsive, and always clear in his explanations. Communication was perfect, and I truly appreciated the quality of the follow-up and the professionalism with which the sale was handled.
I would also like to thank Emma, who took over the delivery in Damien's absence. I received a wonderful welcome from both of them—warm, professional, and very pleasant. You immediately feel confident and well supported.
Everything went perfectly, which also demonstrates the quality and professionalism of the entire team.
The sale was smooth, efficient, and transparent from beginning to end. I felt perfectly supported at every stage and I am completely satisfied with the result. A very high-quality service and a true sense of customer service. I recommend this agency without hesitation and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks again to Damien, Emma and the whole team for this excellent experience!

2 months agoFor my part, I want to thank the young student on a work-study program named Emma, who gave me a warm welcome, offered advice, and helped me with the process of buying my used Citroën Berlingo.
Consistent, smiling, calm, and efficient, without the downsides of some salespeople! Thank you so much.
Getting the vehicle out of the parking lot was a bit more of a problem, but that was entirely my fault. It'll make for a memorable experience. 😬

1 months agoI bought a vehicle at the Montmorot car dealership. I would especially like to thank Emma, who was very patient with me. I was very demanding, and she went above and beyond to satisfy me, adapting to my needs and answering all my questions. Thanks also to her colleague, who was also very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend them.
