I highly recommend this agency. Matteo was professional, responsive, and pleasant throughout my entire car purchase process. He was also honest and transparent about the trade-in of my old vehicle, which was much appreciated. He also reassured me about the payment for my vehicle, which can sometimes be daunting, especially since I live more than three hours from the agency. I have absolutely no complaints.
